Registration issues? Check out these common solutions
Our goal is to make the BAM Jam registration as simple as possible. Sometimes our participants run in to issues, but most of them can be fixed with the following solutions.
I enter in my players’ info but when I try to move to the next step, it scrolls back to the top. I’m also getting an error message.
If there are errors listed at the top of the page, they will try and identify your issue for you.
Required items are missing is a common error. It means that for one of the players there is some information that we need before moving on.
No errors are listed and all the player information is gone.
This happens when you hit the Return or Enter key on your keyboard or the “GO” button on a smart phone or tablet keyboard.
The current fix for now is to instead to use the “NEXT” button at the bottom of the registration page. This is a new bug that we’ve found and we are working to fix is ASAP.
I have three players on my team, but it keeps asking for my fourth player’s info.
The trick to this one is not only selecting “3 Players” from the drop down list at the top of the page but also clicking the CHANGE NUMBER OF PLAYERS button.
When I try to check out it says my credit card is declined but I’ve been using it for other purchases and it works.
This usually has something to do with your bank or whomever issued you the card. This is not generally something that is wrong with the registration process.
Your best bet is to either call your card issuer and ask them directly or try a different card. We use PayPal to process credit cards and PayPal generally accepts any card that has been properly entered, is not maxed out and has not exceeded the monthly limit. Our registration system takes credit cards, debit cards and pre-paid cards.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
